RNVDO is extending the range of partners for implementing new future programs. We are initiating a partnership with Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe. The first step was already made: RNVDO and Help signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the organizations.
This was concluded during the meeting held on Thursday, 3rd October 2019, in the RNVDO head office, Erbil. At the meeting from Help were present: Mr. Nazar Mostafa Ahmed, Deputy Country Director; Mr. Ahmed Tamim Aslamy, Country Director; Mr. Julian Loh, Program Coordinator; Ms. Karin Settele, Managing Director. Wherein, from RNVDO, were present Mr. Saman Abdulrahman, Executive Director; Mr. Kuvan Malo, Consultant; Ms. Khoshy Jawhar, Program Coordinator; Mr. Karam Gajo, MEAL Manager; Ms. Maria Mishenina, Program Officer.
Help has been supporting the reconstruction of Iraq since 2017. It implements such programs in Iraq as WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Promotion), Food Security, Medical Support, and Livelihood.
Help and RNVDO are interested in partnership within Agriculture and Livelihood programs. Preliminary, we are focused on Mosul, Ambar, and Salahaddin cities, where RNVDO has no limits in access through high connections with the local Government and tribe leaders. RNVDO already shared a few ideas of future programs with Help. As soon as we get feedback from the other side, we’ll start hardly working on
