International Disaster Response Expo is one of the global showcase uniting the humanitarian aid and disaster relief communities to debate, innovate and deliver relief affected by crisis and conflict.
The Expo aims to help the disaster community prepare for international disasters by displaying the very latest technology, products, and services. The event united a full cross-sector audience allowing shared learning and collaboration from government, NGOs, aid agencies and charities as well as other key stakeholders including military, law enforcement, emergency response, search & rescue, CNI, consultants, contractors, and the private sector.
RNVDO presented set up a stand which includes the exhibits of its work through pictures and publications which kept attracted the not only the visitors but also the exhibitors as well. Our main goal was to draw attention to the post-war establishment of Iraqi IDPs (internally displaced persons) and find partners in fighting against poverty.
The Expo-2019 was a high level event which has provided an opportunity to visitors to attend high-level conferences, large-scale exhibition showcasing the latest innovative products to help aid response, capability workshops.
During the both days of Expo a large number of people including the representatives of International NGOs, Corporate Sector and Development Partners visited the RNVDO stand and appreciated its work under the Humanitarian Response in Iraq and Syria over the past three years.
